Return & Exchange Policy

How returns, exchanges and product issues are handled on your TastyPot orders.

1. Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any product once it has been delivered.

2. Product Issues

If you receive a product that is damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to address the issue. We may request photos or additional information to verify the product concern.
Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

3. Requesting an Exchange

Contact Us: If you experience an issue with your order, please call us by phone or text at (519) 498-6292 within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Review Process: Once we receive your request, we will evaluate the provided information to confirm the issue. If approved, we will  arrange a replacement.

4. Exceptions

Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for products that have been used, opened, or tampered with in any way.
